  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese brought to room temperature
  • 1 lb raw breakfast sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine the raw breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, baking mix, shredded cheddar, and shredded hashbrowns in a medium bowl, mixing thoroughly until the ingredients are uniformly blended.
  • Form the mixture into balls approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter and space them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and fully cooked through.
