Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or as preferred
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to preheat at 350°F and lightly coat a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until thoroughly blended. Spread this mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over the chicken mixture, then drizzle the melted butter evenly on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the cracker topping is golden and the casserole is heated through.
