Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender or food processor and blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Drop spoonfuls (approximately 1 tablespoon each) of the blended mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or large plate, allowing space for them to spread.
  • Transfer the baking sheet carefully to the freezer and let the chips freeze thoroughly for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Meanwhile, place the chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl and melt it in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly.
  • Take the frozen chips from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, then return them to the baking sheet.
  • Once all chips are coated, place the sheet back into the freezer until the chocolate sets completely.
  • Store the finished chips in an airtight container in the freezer until serving.
