- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1 cup shredded imitation crab
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bunch scallions finely chopped and divided
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and garlic salt using a hand mixer until the texture is smooth and fully blended. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the chopped scallions, reserving the remainder for later, followed by the shredded mozzarella and imitation crab. Once set, form into a neat ball and coat the surface evenly with the reserved chopped scallions. Serve alongside your preferred crackers.
