Ingredients

  • 1 heaping tablespoon dried dill
  • tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 sleeves regular-sized saltine crackers
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Place all saltine crackers into a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, blend together the melted butter, dry ranch seasoning, dill pickle juice, dried dill, and garlic powder until the mixture is uniformly combined. Pour the prepared seasoning over the crackers. Carefully fold the mixture into the crackers, coating them gently to avoid breakage. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the crackers evenly in a single layer. Use a spatula to scrape down the mixing bowl and ensure all seasoning is transferred onto the crackers. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes, stirring cautiously every 10 minutes to prevent burning. Once baked, allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.

Notes

Handle the crackers delicately during mixing to maintain their integrity. Thoroughly scrape down the sides of the bowl to incorporate all the seasoning. Stir periodically during baking to ensure even toasting and avoid scorching.
