Total Time 2 hours 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salted peanuts
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 1 pound unsalted peanuts
  • 20 ounces peanut butter chips
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 pounds white almond bark or vanilla-flavored candy coating

Instructions

  • Layer the peanuts—both salted and unsalted—at the bottom of a large slow cooker. Follow with the chocolate chips, both milk and semi-sweet, and then the peanut butter chips.
  • Break the almond bark or candy coating into manageable chunks and distribute them evenly over the top as the final layer.
  • Secure the lid on the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Allow the mixture to warm for 1 hour undisturbed.
  • After one hour, remove the lid and stir the contents thoroughly to integrate the melting ingredients.
  • Replace the lid and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes, monitoring closely to avoid scorching.
  • Once melted and fully combined, stir the mixture again. Then, using a spoon, drop small mounds of the candy onto wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil.
  • Let the candy sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour, or until fully hardened.

Notes

Monitor the slow cooker closely during the cooking process, as the exact melting time may vary depending on your model. Stirring at regular intervals helps to ensure even melting and prevents burning.
