  • Dip each stuffed breast into the beaten eggs, letting any excess drip off before coating completely in crushed Doritos.
  • Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the coating has turned crisp and golden.
  • Allow to cool briefly before serving.
