Crack Chicken Pinwheels

A savory and indulgent appetizer featuring a creamy blend of seasoned chicken, crisp bacon, sharp cheddar, and ranch dressing, all enveloped in a soft tortilla wrap. Ideal for social gatherings and game-day spreads, these pinwheels are quick to assemble and convenient to prepare ahead of time.

Ingredients
  

  • Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ¾ cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 or 5 large burrito-style flour tortillas 10-inch
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the ranch dressing mix, then incorporate the shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, and chopped chicken. Stir in 1 tablespoon of milk to loosen the mixture; add an additional tablespoon if a smoother consistency is preferred. Evenly spread approximately ¼ cup of the mixture across each tortilla. Roll each tortilla firmly to ensure it holds its form. Transfer the rolled tortillas to the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the filling to set. After chilling, trim the ends and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.

Notes

These pinwheels can be assembled a day in advance and refrigerated overnight for optimal convenience before slicing and serving.
