Cookie Dough Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter brought to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions
 

  • Using a handheld electric mixer, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy. Incorporate the powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, mini chocolate chips, and toffee bits into the mixture, blending until thoroughly combined. This dip may be enjoyed immediately or chilled in the refrigerator for an hour before serving. Present with graham crackers, pretzels, or sliced apples.
