Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Cups

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 3 cups crisped rice cereal such as Rice Krispies
Line a muffin pan with paper liners or coat with non-stick spray. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, honey, and salt, stirring until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Transfer the rice cereal to a medium bowl and pour the warm peanut butter blend over it. Mix thoroughly to ensure even coating. Fill each muffin liner about two-thirds full with the cereal mixture, pressing down firmly to compact. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth, stirring between intervals.
