Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup grated cheese plus additional for topping
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups cooked and chopped chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 12 oz can of refrigerator Grands Jr Biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9 x 13-inch baking dish by coating it lightly with cooking spray.
  • In a spacious mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the chicken, soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and bacon until the mixture is evenly combined.
  • Divide each biscuit into four equal parts and gently incorporate them into the chicken blend, ensuring even distribution.
  • Spoon the prepared mixture into the greased baking dish and smooth the top to create an even layer.
  • Generously sprinkle additional grated cheese over the surface of the casserole.
