Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 28 oz bag frozen seasoned tater tots
- 16 oz sour cream regular or light
- Optional: green onions and extra ranch dressing for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the sour cream, ranch dressing, and dry ranch seasoning until smooth. Fold in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Add the frozen tater tots, gently mixing until all pieces are well coated with the creamy mixture. Spoon the combined ingredients into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and the top is golden and bubbly. Garnish with additional ranch dressing and chopped green onions if desired.
