Cheesy Garlic Herb Dip

Ingredients
  

  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons panko or plain breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, mayonnaise, and ¼ cup of the parmesan until smooth. Incorporate the garlic, rosemary, thyme, and black pepper into the cheese mixture, blending well. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish, spreading evenly. In a separate small bowl, combine the remaining ¼ cup parmesan with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle evenly over the top. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until the surface is golden and the edges are bubbling. Serve immediately with your choice of crackers, chips, or warm bread.
