Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt such as Maldon
  • ¾ cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 12 ounces finely chopped white chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep it ready.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate in 60-second intervals, stirring between each round, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour the molten chocolate onto the prepared parchment and spread it into a rectangular layer.
  • Scatter the chopped cranberries evenly across the surface and lightly sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  • Transfer the tray to the refrigerator for approximately one hour or place it in the freezer for around 10 minutes until the bark is completely set.
